150+ podcast conversations, dozens of events, years working with in-house teams. The people I meet in employer branding and TA are smart, capable, and doing important work - usually without much of a support system around them.
Not because the work isn't valued. But because these roles are often solo jobs or small teams, and there hasn't been a proper place to come together around content specifically - the actual making of it, the challenges of getting it right with limited budget and limited time.
Employer Content Club exists to raise the profile and capability of content creation in-house. The people doing this work deserve a proper place to come together. This is it.

No cost, no commitment. Just a place to connect with people doing the same work.
Introduce yourself. Ask questions. Share challenges. Hear what others are working through. Real conversation with people doing the same job.
No agenda. Just a chance to meet up, share what's going on, and talk through the good things and the challenges happening right now.
Free panel and networking events in London, open to all members. Practitioners coming together to talk honestly about the work.
Members shape what the paid membership looks like. When it launches, founding member pricing goes to people who are already here.
Ad hoc, but at least twice a year. Someone puts a date and a bar out there, whoever can make it shows up. Five people or fifteen, it doesn't matter. Just a chance to meet people properly over a drink - alcoholic or otherwise.
Topics coming through the community become episodes on the Employer Content Marketing podcast. When a challenge or question keeps coming up, we dig into it properly - so members get something useful back out of it.
Employer Content Club - London, May 2025
We brought together in-house EB and TA practitioners in London for a half-day of honest conversation about the work. No keynote talks, no sales pitches. Just practitioners talking to each other about what they're dealing with right now.
People left energised, connected, and asking when the next one was. That event was the proof of concept. The community is the permanent version of it - with quarterly events continuing as a free fixture.

A small Employer Content Club gathering at lunchtime.
Made with the support of Vouch. Chris co-hosted a series with fellow podcaster Chris Murdoch - Co-Created was 5 episodes about in-house teams capturing authentic workplace culture without big budgets.
Fill in a short form before you join. This is a community for in-house practitioners - the form is just how we make sure everyone in the room is here for the same reasons. We'll send the WhatsApp link shortly after.
A place to ask questions, share what you're working on, and hear what others are dealing with. No commitment, no cost.
In-house practitioners only. We'll send the WhatsApp link shortly after.
The community comes first. Once there's momentum - and we understand what members actually need - we'll open a deeper level of membership with structured sessions, expert access, and a proper space to accelerate your thinking and your work. People already in the community will shape what that looks like and get first access to founding member pricing.
When you apply to join the community, there's a question asking if you'd like to hear more when the paid membership launches. Tick yes and you'll be first to know.
