The place where employer content takes centre stage. And the people behind it get to chat, help and learn.
Chris at EBcon, 2025
150+ podcast conversations, dozens of events, years working with in-house teams. The people I meet in employer branding and TA are smart, capable, and doing important work - usually without much of a support system around them.
Not because the work isn't valued. But because these roles are often solo jobs or small teams, and there hasn't been a proper place to come together around content specifically - the actual making of it, the challenges of getting it right with limited budget and limited time.
Employer Content Club exists to raise the profile and capability of content creation in-house. The people doing this work deserve a proper place to come together. This is it.

Employer Content Club - London, May 2025
We brought together in-house EB and TA practitioners in London for a half-day of honest conversation about the work. No keynote talks, no sales pitches. Just practitioners talking to each other about what they're dealing with right now.
People left energised, connected, and asking when the next one was. That event was the proof of concept. The community is the permanent version of it - with quarterly events continuing as a free fixture.
Made with the support of Vouch. Chris co-hosted a series with fellow podcaster Chris Murdoch - Co-Created was 5 episodes about in-house teams capturing authentic workplace culture without big budgets.

Bring your current challenge - a brief you're stuck on, a stakeholder problem, a production question. We map out the context together on a shared whiteboard and the group adds their thinking in real time. You leave with ideas you couldn't have arrived at alone.
Monthly · OnlineOnce a month, a practitioner who has solved a specific challenge this community faces. Q&A format - not a lecture. The guest has done the thing. You get to ask them exactly how. Sessions are recorded and added to a growing members-only back catalogue.
Monthly · Online · RecordedA private community organised by topic — content strategy, production, distribution, employee voice, tools, and more. Ask a question on a Tuesday afternoon and get an answer from someone who has been there.
Ongoing · AsyncFour times a year, we take a space in London. Bring your laptop and your actual work. Spend the morning alongside other members, then have lunch together. No agenda. No presentations. Just people doing the work in the same room.
